Term of Payment

• Making the booking, please pay 50% deposit to be confirmed and the rest pay on the tour date. After making the payment, please send the pay slip to us then we will issue the confirmation voucher to the customers.

Cancellation Policy

• If the tour is canceled due to bad weather and the caused of agents, you will be offered to postpone the date, get another activity in the equal price, or a full refund.
• If the tour is canceled by customers less than 24 hours would be full price charged.
• Cancellation for a full refund must be under the consideration of Smile Samui Tour.
