Cancellation Policy
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather and the caused of agents, you will be offered to postpone the date, get another activity in the equal price, or a full refund.
- If the tour is canceled by customers less than 24 hours would be full price charged.
- Cancellation for a full refund must be under the consideration of Smile Samui Tour.
